This form is for the pre-registration of your child at SmileyWorld daycare. Please note that pre-registration has no definitive admission value.
According to the availablity of place, the director, will contact you, as soon as possible, to confirm the registration of your child. If confirmed, the final registration form will be provided with the complete list of documents to be provided.
If there is no place available, and if you wish, your form will be put on hold until a place is released.

We are available from Monday to Friday (except Wednesday) from 0700 to 1430 and on Wednesday from 0700 to 1100.
